The mission of Foreman3D is to create more than a construction printer, but a tool capable of automating most of the technological processes in construction.
The large margin of safety of the frame of FOREMAN 3D printers makes it possible to implement not only the principle of additive 3D printing with building mixtures of any composition, but also opens up a number of opportunities for the implementation of the following construction processes:
— automated alignment (post-processing) of printed exterior walls (and interior partitions) from the outside and inside of the building using a surface milling process, the same technological process is possible for floors.
— pouring the printed formwork of the building with insulation or heavy concrete,
Innovation
The ability to use a 3D printer to fill interfloor ceilings. Equipping the axis of movement with a magnetic gripper will allow using the printer as a crane for laying metal corrugated sheet, prepared fittings and installing communications.
Print at a level of minus three meters from the surface.
Printing an underground garage or basement, a pool near the house at the site of damage — 3 meters from the zero point is no longer a problem, all Foreman 3D construction 3D printers, except for the Foreman 3D Gantry on railse model, can be equipped with this capability.
